The Duwamish Tribal Cultural Longhouse was opened on January 5th, 2009 with much ceremony and celebration by local leaders.

Starting Jan. 5, the new Duwamish Longhouse and Cultural Center at 4705 West Marginal Way S.W. in Seattle will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

The Longhouse and Cultural Center is available for groups and individuals to rent for events. An ideal venue for weddings, business meetings, corporate retreats, and many other types of rentals, the Longhouse is available at very reasonable rates and is currently booking for events in 2010.

If you are a bride or groom looking to rent a wedding reception location in Seattle or anywhere in King County, you know that most venues are booked into 2012 and beyond! Currently we have many weekends and weekdays available, but they are going quickly.
